Mechanisms and treatment of drug resistance, recurrence and metastasis in tumors
I am Dr. Mengqi Jia, born in 1995, and I hold a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, which I earned from Sichuan University in September 2023. In March 2024, I joined the Basic Medical School of Henan University as an Assistant Professor. My primary research focuses on the mechanisms and therapeutic strategies related to tumor drug resistance, recurrence, and metastasis. My research encompasses several key areas: Investigating the mechanisms of melanoma recurrence/metastasis post-surgery and identifying prognostic biomarkers; Exploring the mechanisms and biomarkers of glioma recurrence; Reprogramming of cancer stem cells.
